The Princess of Girl Power

Inspiration for Mireille Aranai.

Inspiration for Mireille Aranai2.

Good morning everyone. I’ve returned to share details on my original project, ‘Drive’. Unfortunately, before I begin, I must say that I’m not in the best of moods. A vacation has come to an end, and now it’s back to the old grind. I’m far from happy about the whole ordeal.

Anyways, back on track. I’ve already shared details about the main character named Tobias Halmuron. Now I shall introduce Mireille Aranai to you. Unlike Tobias, she grew up in a loving, nurturing environment. As an only child, she was sheltered from the world’s evils and given a lot of love. Mireille, who received the nickname ‘Mimi’ (‘Princess Mimi’ from Tobias), relied on her doting, protective parents for everything, and assumed they’d always be there for her. When her mother passed away from an illness, everything began to crumble. She began to look to her father for answers, giving him double duty. She was frightened, and didn’t want to hold onto the cold ways of reality alone-and so her father became her anchor. Life became even more dark once her father was taken from her. As a journalist, he received a rather dangerous mission that caused him to lose his life. That was the end of life as she knew it, and an emotional breakdown was in effect. Luckily for her, she had a ’support unit’ by her side, and it went by the name of ‘Tobias Halmuron’. She spent endless nights and days crying in his arms, listening to his soft lullabies.

She met Tobias during their Academy days, and they instantly became lifelong friends. He was having dire troubles with his family (thanks to his father), and received the label of ‘aggressive, belligerent rebel’ in school. She was his first true friend, refusing to leave his side-no matter what.

The images were used in Mireille’s birth. Both anime characters played vital roles when it came to inspiration. Mayhap you’re familiar with one of them? The character named ‘May’ gave Mireille the spark and spunk she needed.

Tobias plays a vital role in our tale, but ‘Mimi’s just as important. While Tobias carries the role of ‘Tuviah the Messiah’, Mireille stands as the ‘Bell of Light’.

The Drive Behind the Wheel

Here’s another piece of inspiration I’ve used to fuel my original project, ‘Drive’. It’s another video from YouTube, featuring a fusion between Final Fantasy and Linkin Park’s newest song, ‘What I’ve Done’. I imagine the people of America singing the words within this song. I encourage you to take a listen, if you already haven’t, because the words pack a lot of power.

What of your original creation, you ask? What is it? Well, here it is in a nutshell. Our heroes, Tobias Joshua Halmuron and Mireille Aranai, have one week to prevent world annihilation. At first the danger is just limited to their Realm, but then it balloons to consume their entire planet-and their entire galaxy.  The danger begins as homophobia, where the people of the Realm sniff out the ‘abnormalities’ by the markings upon their skin. Due to the pride they take in their culture, the ‘abnormalities’ of the Realm decided to have markings placed upon their skin-to promote their pride and separate themselves from the ones that don’t partake in their ways. Thanks to the ones that DON’T participate in their ways, their markings are being used against them-and thus, the ’sniffing’ out of the abnormalities.

Now, why are you knocking hetereosexual couples, you may ask? I’m not. I may think ‘normal’, cut-and-dry romance is excruciatingly boring. I may not give a rat’s fig about having a boyfriend. I may stay away from hetereosexual romance in my work. But I’m not knocking anyone. I merely wish to say that everyone should be free to love, regardless of what they are. It’s all about the ‘who’, not the ‘what’. And I feel that a certain Holy Father feels the same way, regardless of how ‘weird’ the couple is.

You’re promoting pedophilia and sexual intercourse with animals, you shriek. Well, no I’m not. I’m promoting UNITY, not STUPIDITY. If you’re seriously dumb enough to believe that you can have a relationship with someone that can’t even understand the meaning of their own name, let alone the meaning of life, then I’m sorry. If you believe that a cat can be your sexual soul mate, then I pity you as well. To those of you that believe I’m promoting stupidity, you’re all invited to my wedding. I’m getting married to my pet rock, Steven. The Cockroaches are playing at our reception. Please come. We’re holding it at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. I hope you can make it. And for our first home, we’re living inside of a Barbie house.

I hope I’ve made my point.

The First Drive

Filed under: Dreams, Life, love, writing — by shishi7 @ 7:38 pm

A group image of Tenchi and his family. Now I shall take the time to reveal my plans behind ‘Drive’. The main characters of my tale are Tobias Halmuron and Mireille Aranai, who affectionately refer to each other as ‘Tobi’ and ‘Princess Mimi’. Withdrawing themselves from the depression and devastation of their previous lives, they enter a new city (known as a Realm) with the hopes of beginning anew. A new beginning is not easily attained, as they quickly find out.

Our hero, Tobias Joshua Halmuron, was born into the arms of Shana Hasada-Halmuron and Micah Halmuron. Shana was the victim of incessant abuse, constantly tormented by the one she had been deceived by-the one that claimed to love her. Tobias was born as the result of a plot, a plot his father hatched to ensure the ‘production of a clone’. Unfortunately for Micah, the clone didn’t turn out as well as he had hoped it would. Tobias turned out to be a rebel, one that was adamant about standing against him and defending his mother. Shana could hardly defend herself, so her son devoted every waking moment to protecting the only parent he could love. Not bearing a true childhood, he quickly developed a fierce, fighting spirit-while his pure, true heart blossomed beneath the darkness. The death of his mother, which ensured from heartache and physical torment, was quickly followed by a meltdown-which initiated Tobias’ early entry into the world of adulthood. His father made an attempt to kill him, Tobias struck back in an attempt to kill him-an all out war, no holds barred war occurred, with Tobias’ grandfather taking his grandson into loving arms. This occurred while Tobias was only at the age of 15, but thanks to the horrid circumstances, he quickly transformed into a true young man-bearing the physical strength and maturity of a twenty year old.

Hello world!

Anime Girl Power! Hello, and welcome to my first post! I would love to welcome every single one of you to my blog-welcome, join all and embrace life! First off, allow me to speak a little about myself. I am an aspiring authoress, currently working on a tale called ‘Drive’. Inspired by a Nickelback song called ‘If Everyone Cared’, it’s about a fight that begins against homophobia-and then escalates to a battle of epic proportions, bridging the gap between the past, present and future. It stars a duo-a young singer named Tobias Halmuron and a photographer named Mireille Aranai. More to come on that later!
